Dr Rajib Kumar Ray, an eminent pediatrician with more than 20 years of experience in the field of pediatrics and neonatology has been credited with number of success stories in managing critically ill newborns and children. He easily mingles with the kids and makes them comfortable during clinical examination. He gives simple instructions and sufficient information to caregivers while managing their children during health and illness. He gives ample time during health check-up and allays any fear regarding illness to the parent. He never misses a call during the time of need.
Over the years he has worked with many of the eminent professors of pediatrics of national importance and honed his clinical skills and acumen. He has a number of research articles published in national and international journals. He has delivered lectures in state and national level conferences and workshops. He is a national level instructor in basic life support (BLS), advanced life support (ALS) and neonatal resuscitation programme (NRP). During his teaching career he has guided a number of students during their post graduation (PG-Ped) and inspired them to be a good human being and a good clinician. He has been associated with a number of orphanages in and around Bhubaneswar. He has organised several health camps and school health check ups.
